I have been reading a lot since I still have limited access to the the Internet. I found Nourishing Traditions at the library & I promptly checked it out. It is mostly recipes so I read through it in a couple of days. The amount of recipes is incredible. I have tried the Ginger ale recipe quite a few times & we really like it. The information on grains & soup stocks was really good. Now I need to write a bunch of the recipes down before I have to return it to the library.
